Come build the AI teammate for Australian real estate

We're a small team building a CRM that does the follow-up for Australian real estate agents, chasing leads over SMS, voice and email so they don't have to. We're early. There's a lot to build, and the next few hires shape how we do it.

Remote, work from anywhere Small team, real ownership

Why join us now

You own real work

Whole features are yours, not a corner of someone else's. Early enough that you leave a mark on the product and how we build it.

The AI actually does something

It runs the follow-up, the scoring, the matching. You're building the real thing, and we use good tooling to move fast.

Short path to production

Not much process between an idea and shipping it. Real agents use what you make, and you hear back quickly.

Open roles

Two roles open right now. Tap one to read more. If neither fits but you think you should be here, email us anyway.

Product Engineer

Full-time Remote (anywhere)

Our second engineer. A generalist who leans toward mobile but can work across the whole thing.

About the role

We're a small team building a CRM for Australian real estate. Right now one person holds most of the product in their head, and that's a risk we'd like to stop having. So that's the job. Come in as the second engineer, take real ownership from the start, and help decide how we build from here. Lots of room, not much process to fight through.

What you'll do

  • Build features from start to finish: the mobile app agents use every day, the web app, and the Elixir services underneath.
  • Own the mobile side day to day. Push, offline, the annoying native bits, and making it better over time.
  • Connect what agents see to the AI that does the follow-up over SMS, voice and email, plus scoring and matching.
  • Ship often, watch real agents use it, and fix what's actually bugging them.

What we're looking for

  • You've shipped and looked after real software. You can reason about a whole system, not just the bit in front of you.
  • You're strong on at least one modern mobile or full-stack setup, and you know why the app got slow.
  • You care about the product. When a flow is bad you notice, and you say something.
  • You're fine with ambiguity. Hand you a rough idea and you turn it into something shipped.

Nice to have

  • Elixir, Phoenix or LiveView. A bonus, not a requirement. If you can code, we'll teach you the stack.
  • You've worn a lot of hats before. Startups, side projects, being the whole team.
  • You use AI tools to move faster. So do we. We just care that you understand what you're shipping.
  • Any experience with CRMs, real estate, or messaging and telephony like Twilio.

QA Engineer

Full-time Remote (anywhere)

The person who makes sure the thing agents open every morning actually works.

About the role

We move fast, and we send real messages to real people on behalf of real agents, so a bad release costs us. This role is here to make speed safe. Catch the breakage before an agent does, and build the safety net that lets a small team keep shipping without holding its breath.

What you'll do

  • Own quality across web, mobile and the AI automations that message customers.
  • Test the flows that matter most: lead capture, follow-ups, billing, the morning briefing.
  • Grow the automated coverage, not just click through screens by hand.
  • Turn repeat bugs into regression tests so the same thing doesn't break twice, and speak up for the edge cases nobody thought about.

What we're looking for

  • You've done QA on real software and you think about what could go wrong, not just the happy path.
  • You can write and maintain automated tests, not only manual test plans.
  • You've got a sharp eye and a low tolerance for 'works on my machine'.
  • You write a bug report an engineer can act on straight away.

Nice to have

  • You've tested mobile apps and multi-tenant SaaS.
  • You can read code, Elixir or otherwise, to work out where a bug actually lives.
  • You know CI, and you've tested systems that talk to payments, SMS or voice.
  • You've set up a QA practice from scratch, or you want to.

Not sure you fit a box?

If neither role is quite you but you think you belong here, email us and tell us what you'd do. We'd rather meet the right person than fill the exact title.
