A message is up to 160 characters (about 70 if it includes an emoji or special character). Longer texts are sent as multiple messages and billed per message, at $0.10 each.
Your account pauses until you pick a plan. We never charge automatically, so there's no invoice hiding behind day 15. Your data stays put.
No. Solo and Pro are sized so an agent can put them on a personal card. If the whole organization comes around later, we bundle them and your principal gets the dashboard.
10c an outbound message, paid from a prepaid balance. Your plan tops the balance up each month and whatever you don't use rolls over. We don't do per-seat texting fees.
